Thank God we are OK and our kids were not with us. But due to Michigans stupid ass laws to protect the insurance companies we are out over $5,000 because we had PLPD. She was 100% at fault! Where are the rules to protect the innocent? We need to go back to the old fashioned way (and the way the rest of America does it) and get rid of the mini tort law or at least have exceptions and make idiot drivers PAY! NEVER HAVE PLPD IF YOU LIVE IN MICHIGAN OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!!
