I’ll tell you who, the drug dealers and the school district! A  rule passed by our school district last year bans any snowman being displayed. They state that “the snowman” represents cocaine because that is the slang that they dug dealers use. Now I understand that there are some inappropriate shirts with snowmen on them that use this suggestion. It is already part of the dress code that anything promoting drugs or alcohol is not permitted. Why take it to these lengths, teachers can not hang up snowmen on their door, nor wear them on their clothing. This is crazy, have you been to an elementary school lately, how many teachers had on seasonal clothing? I am sure a lot of them did. What a waste of time and resources. It is always a few bad students that ruin it for the rest of them. It is bad enough that displaying of Christmas Decorations had been banned years ago and now they have killed our jolly Frosty.
